ORDER OF PUBLICATION Any person having a claim in the following property must file said claim in writing to the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney, P.O. Box 758, Wayne, WV 25570 and file said claim with the court within 30 days of the first publication of this notice. Any claim must clearly state the identity and address of the claimant. A prayer for an order directing forfeiture of the following seized property to the state and vesting such property shall be requested of the court in the following property seized by the Violent Crime and Drug Task Force West on May 14, 2025 during the search of a redidence located at 23228 US Rt. 52, Ft. Gay, Wayne County, WV occupied by Chad Salmons and Louri Williamson: U.S. currency in the amount of Six Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-One Dollars and Eighty-Four Cents ($6,591.84) in U.S. Currency.
