The object of the above entitled action is for Lola Rose Yendell to legally change his/her name to Lolita Rose Mangino. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Lola Rose Yendell to Lolita Rose Mangino.
A hearing shall be on the 28th of August, 2025 at 11:00 o’clock before the Honorable Judge David Sims at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone intersted may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
