Albertson, Jr. Defendant(s) ORDER FOR SERVICE BY PUBLICATION This matter is before the Court upon the Affidavit of the Plaintiff, Waterfall Victoria Grantor Trust II, Series G, who request that Defendant(s) Unknown Heirs of Harold S. Albertson, Jr. (“Defendants”) be served pursuant to West Virginia Rule of Civil Procedure 4(e) (1) (E) via an Order of Publication. The object of the above styled suit is for a Declaratory Judgment declaring Plaintiff as the assignee of a Deed of trust of Trust and the commence a Judicial Sale to enforce said Deed of Trust in regards to the subject real estate more commonly known ad: 729 Glen Ridge Road Charleston, West Virginia, 25304. It is ordered that Defendants do serve upon Geoff Varney, Plaintiffs attorney, whose address is Reisenfeld & Associates LC, 3962 Red Bank Road, Cincinnati, OH 45227, and file with the Court an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action within 30 days of the second date of publication of this notice, otherwise judgment by default may be taken against you at any time thereafter.
