NOTICE TO CREDITORS
TO ALL CREDITORS OF BRIAN N. MENTZER, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE HOLDING LIENS BY JUDGMENT OR OTHERWISE ON ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE REAL ESTATE, OR ANY PART THEREOF.
In pursuance of a decree of the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, West Virginia, made in a cause therein pending, CC-19-2024-C-57 to subject the real estate of Brian N. Mentzer to the payment of his debts, including those which are liens on any such real estate, or any part of it, you are hereby required to present your claims to the undersigned for adjudication at the office of Abraham M. Ashton, Esq., located at 208 S. Queen Street, Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia 25401, on or before the date which is thirty (30) days following the date upon which this notice is first published; otherwise, you may by law be excluded from all benefit of such real estate.
