Notice is hereby given that a public hearing has been scheduled for Monday September 8, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Charles Town City Hall, Council Chambers, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV by the City of Charles Town Historic Landmarks Commission on the following matter:

COA2025-17: Request by Jill Baldinger for a Certificate of Appropriateness for siding replacement at 208 N. Charles St. The property is located approximately 100 feet north of the intersection of N Charles and W. Liberty Streets, and is also identified as Tax Dist. 3, Map 2, Parcel 25. The property is zoned Old-Town Mixed Use Commercial.

COA2025-18: Request by G. Nathan Smith for a Certificate of Appropriateness for wall signs, a projecting sign, and awnings for 108 N. Charles St. The property is located at the intersection of N. Charles and W. Washington St, and is also identified as Tax Dist. 3, Map 2, Parcel 23. The property is zoned Old-Town Mixed Use Commercial.

FIP2025-01: A request by Mark and Billie Sellers for 202 W. Washington Street, which is located approximately 30 feet east of the intersection off N. Charles and W. Washington Streets, and is also identified as Tax Dist. 3, Map 2B, Parcel 22. The applicant requests funding for replacement of window sills, paining, cleaning and repointing of brick. The property is zoned Old-Town Mixed Use Commercial.
