I have before me for settlement the Waiver of Final Settlement for the Estate of Joan Lord Johnston, deceased, Johanna Johnston and Rebeckah Lord, Co-Executrices.
Any interested party may obtain a copy thereof from June K. Jovanelly, 923 S. Samuel Street, Charles Town, West Virginia 25414, and may make a written objection thereto, on or before September 5, 2025.
