Notice is hereby given that on the 8th day of October, 2025 at 2:00 o’clock p.m., or as soon as thereafter as the matter may be heard, April Missouri Fitzwater will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the Court changing the Petitioner’s name from April Missouri Fitzwater to Ash Lyndon Fern, at which time and place any interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
You are hereby notified that this matter may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
