It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Lillian Schaeffer is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Lillian Schaeffer serve upon Brandon Fleming whose address is 114 S. Huron Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Support and/or Allocation of Custodial Responsibility filed in this action on or before the 26th day of September 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in petition.
