Case Nos. 22-JA-53,54, 55, 56 and 57.
In the Matter of C.N., D.N., H.N., I.P., H.N. Infants, and the parents of said infants,
ORDER OF PUBLICATION
and
NOTICE OF HEARING
TO: Larry Neff OR THE UNKNOWN FATHER OF C.N., D.N., H.N., I.P., H.N. or any other
person claiming parental rights to the infant respondents
(The object of this action is to notify the adult respondent parents of an Adjudicatory Hearing scheduled
herein so that said adult respondent parents may appear to protect their interests.)
You are hereby notified that an abuse and/or neglect and/or abandonment petition has been filed
with the Circuit Court of Braxton County, West Virginia, on the 30th day of August, 2022, and assigned
Case Number 25-JA-53, 54, 55, 56, and 57, wherein it is alleged that the father of infant C.N., (12/01/06),
D.N., (05/02/08), H.N., (08/09/10), I.P., (01/25/11), H.N., (06/01/15) is Larry Neff, and that the mother of
the infants C.N., D.N., H.N., I.P., is ALICIA MOORE and that the mother of the infant H.N. is BOBBY
ADKINS, and that said infants was/were placed in the custody of the West Virginia Department of Health
and Human Resources on or about the 30th day of August 2022, with said infants remaining in the care,
custody and control of the said Department since that time in accordance with WV Code § 49-1-201. An
Adjudicatory hearing will be held in this matter on the 7th day of October 2025 at 11:30 o’clock a.m.
A Disposition hearing will be held in this matter on the 29th day of October 2025 at 11:00 o’clock a.m.
or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the courtroom of the Braxton County Court House in
Sutton, West Virginia. You and each of you are hereby notified that you have the right to have counsel
present at all stages of these proceedings and ALL PROCEEDINGS CAN RESULT IN THE
PERMANENT TERMINATION OF CUSTODIAL AND PARENTAL RIGHTS TO SAID
INFANT CHILD.
Accordingly, you and each of you who may have an interest in these proceedings must attend and
assert your parental rights and make such defense as you shall deem advisable on the date and time
aforesaid, or termination of your custodial and parental rights may be ordered by the Court.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Braxton County,
West Virginia at the Braxton County Court House, Sutton, West Virginia and an answer must be served,
prior to the next hearing, upon the following:
