AIR QUALITY PERMIT MODIFICATION NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Marshall County Coal Resources, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update for a coal preparation facility located on WV State Route 2, in Moundsville, in Marshall County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.833, -80.814.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 6.65 tons per year particulate matter (PM), 3.14 tons per year particulate matter less than 10 microns (PM10), and 1.23 tons per year particulate matter less than 2.5 microns (PM2.5).
Startup of operation will begin once installation is complete. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
