PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a hearing on the Petition for Adoption duly filed in the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, seeking the adoption of Stella True Ferdinandson shall be held before the Honorable H.L. Kirkpatrick III, Judge of the Circuit Court of Fayette County, West Virginia, in his chambers located at the Fayette County Courthouse Annex, 100 Church Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia, on 17th day of October, 2025 at 2:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as this case may be heard.
Further, notice is hereby given that your parental rights, if any, may be terminated in the proceeding, and that Christopher Ferdinandson may appear and defend any such rights within Thirty (30) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. If you fail to respond within said Thirty (30) day period, you may not appear or receive further notice of these adoption proceedings.
