It is hereby ordered that Garry Lynn Hammitt serve upon Debra Delancey-Hammitt, or Circuit Clerk’s Office whose address is 1500 Chpalin St, 4th FL, Wheeling, WV 26003, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petiton for divorce filed in this action on or before October 10, 2025. If you fail to answer the petition for divorce, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
