AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that Jay-Bee Oil & Gas, Inc. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental
Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit for the Union Station Compressor Station
located Off Arvilla Rd. near Arvilla in Pleasants County,
West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.422429, -81.059295.

The applicant estimates the increased potential
to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants
will be:

Nitrogen Oxides = 67.99 tons per year
Carbon Monoxide = 70.67 tons per year
Volatile Organic Compounds = 56.58 tons per year
Sulfur Dioxide = 0.14 tons per year
Particulate Matter PM10/PM2.5 = 2.26 tons per year
Formaldehyde = 2.63 tons per year
Total HAPs = 6.78 tons per year
Methane = 39.71 tons per year
Carbon Dioxide Equivalent = 25,065 tons per year

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about
the 1st day of November 2025. Written comments
will be received by the West Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality,
601 57 th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for
at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication
of this
notice. Written comments will also be received via
email at [email protected].
