The object of the above-entitled action is for violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances. The Defendants, his/her/its heirs, successors, and/or assigns, are the recorded owners of the subject property. The subject property is identified on tax maps of Raleigh County in the City of Beckley District, on Map 33, as Parcel 00150000, further described as Part Lots 78 & 79 Hedrick-Walker-Carter Addition to the City of Beckley. The property has an address of 1 I 05 South Oakwood Avenue, Beckley, West Virgina. Being the same property Dawn Frame acquired from Jenny Osborne, on July 22, 2025, by Deed of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, in Book 5059, at page 4082. Dawn Gabrielle Frame died on or about August 12, 2023, a resident of Raleigh County, West Virginia.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the location of the Defendants heirs are unknown, or that there may be defendant(s) unknown and Defendant(s) who are nonresidents of the State for whom no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon whom service may be had to plaintiff. It is ORDERED that defendant(s), known and unknown, which may claim any interest in the above-mentioned property, appear before the Municipal Court of the City of Beckley, and Judge Matthew Fragile. It is hereby notified that on the 16th day of October, 2025, at 1 :30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, the City of Beckley, will appear before the Municipal Couty of the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, Judge Fragile, at 169 Industrial Drive, Beckley, West Virginia, for the further proceeding with respect to said violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances.
A copy of said Complaint and Motions can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at 169 Industrial Drive, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
