ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The object of this suit is to obtain stepparent adoption in an action where Respondent Brandon Paul Heminway is identified as a Determined Father of a child subject to pending adoption proceedings.
It appearing by the Affidavit filed in this action that the Respondent Brandon Paul Heminway is a nonresident or unknown resident of the State of West Virginia for whom no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon whom service may be had, it is hereby ordered that Brandon Paul Heminway serve upon Gregory A. Bailey, Esq., Arnold & Bailey, PLLC, 208 North George Street, Charles Town WV 25414, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition filed in this action within 30 days of the date of first publication of the foregoing notice or notice by mail to appear and defend his parental rights. Be advised that your parental rights may be terminated in this proceeding and that you may appear and defend such rights within the required time after service. If you fail to respond within the required time after service, you may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
