PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing has been scheduled for October 6, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in Charles Town City Hall, 101 E. Washington Street, Charles Town, WV, by the City Council to consider a Resolution Approving Entry and Form of a Lease Agreement between Charles Washington Hall Manager, LLC and Jefferson G.A.P. Coalition for the Center/East Bay of Charles Washington Hall located in the Corporation of Charles Town, Jefferson County, WV designated as Parcel 42 on Tax Map 2B.

Under the “Government” Tab go to “Agenda and Minutes.” This information will be accessible by the close of business on the Friday prior to the meeting. The Resolution and Lease are available for public inspection at City Hall during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.
Written comments can be mailed to City Staff at PO Box 14, or delivered to City Hall at 101 E Washington St, Charles Town, WV. Public comments are welcome at the scheduled public hearing.
