Notice to Kirston Cunningham and any unknown father of the above baby boy, S. C., born on or about 03/01/2022 in Raleigh General Hospital, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Notice is hereby given that a verified Petition of Adoption was filed in Raleigh County Circuit Court on said child, which will request that the biological mother and the father's parental rights be terminated. You are notified your rights may be terminated in the proceeding and you may appear and defend your rights within thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice. If you shall fail to respond within the required time after service, said person(s) may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings. (Hearing date and time: Nov.6, 2025 at 3 pm). The Court presiding over this matter is the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, Raleigh County Judicial Center, Beckley, WV. Response shall be made to the clerk below. A copy of said Petition and Order can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk.
