PUBLIC NOTICE OF PROPOSED AMENDED ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING THE
VILLAGE OF
BETHLEHEM TO ENTER INTO A LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH SWN
PRODUCTION
COMPANY, LLC
The Village of Bethlehem, a municipal corporation, does hereby give Public Notice that it will consider for adoption, an Amended Ordinance authorizing a Lease Agreement, Addendum to Paid-Up Oil and Gas Lease Agreement, Memorandum of Oil and Gas Lease, Order of Payment, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification for the Lease of Oil and Gas with SWN Production Company, LLC (“SWN”), a Texas Limited Liability Company, as “Lessee” for a primary term of five (5) years. The Amended Ordinance shall take effect upon Adoption.
The Council of the Village of Bethlehem will have a Public Hearing and its final reading and vote on the Amended Ordinance on October 6, 2025, at 8:00 o’clock P.M. The Public Hearing and Council meeting for the vote on said Amended Ordinance adoption will be open to the public and will be held in the Council Chambers of the Village of Bethlehem at 125 Bethlehem Park, Bethlehem, Wheeling, West Virginia. Interested parties may appear at the Public Hearing and Council meeting and be heard with respect to the Amended Ordinance.
A copy of the proposed Amended Ordinance is available for public inspection at the Administrative Offices of the Village of Bethlehem, 125 Bethlehem Park, Bethlehem, Wheeling, West Virginia, between the hours of 8:30 o’clock A.M. and 12:00 o’clock noon, and 1:00 o’clock P.M. and 4:00 o’clock P.M., Monday through Friday.
