JONATHAN BYRD, is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 16th day of October, 2025 at 9:00 am. for the Hearing on the WVDHS’ Motion to Modify Respondent Byrd’s Disposition if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Motion; otherwise the parental rights of JONATHAN BYRD, biological father and occasional custodian of infants J.B., whose date of birth is October 6, 2016 and J.B., whose date of birth is July 23, 2018, may be terminated.
