BECKLEY, RALEIGH COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA
The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority is seeking sealed bids for the supply of protective cover material for the upcoming Stage 11 Expansion Construction. A detailed bid document will be available from Alliance Consulting, Inc. in either hard or digital format. A mandatory pre bid meeting will be conducted on site on October 22, 2025 at 10:00 am located at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801 that all bidders must attend.
Sealed bids will be accepted until November 5, 2025 until 1:30pm. Bids will be opened on November 5, 2025 at 1:35pm. All bids must be sealed and marked as "Protective Cover Supply Bid". Bids can be mailed or dropped off to RCSWA at 200 Fernandez Drive, Beckley, WV 25801.
Bid documents may be obtained by contacting the Project Engineer, Brian Shorts, PE at Alliance Consulting at 304-255-0491, or by email to [email protected]. There will be a non-refundable charge of $25 for the hard copies of the bid documents.

The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all formalities.
