To the above-named defendant Bradley Gray: The object of this action is for the plaintiffs pursue their civil claims against the Defendant Bradley Gray and to be awarded a money judgment; and for such other and further relief as this Court may deem just and proper.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that the Defendant is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia, it is hereby ordered that the Defendant serve upon the Plaintiffs’ Counsel, Aaron C. Amore, Esq. at 206 W. Liberty Street, Charles Town, West Virginia 25414, an answer including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the complaint filed in this action on or before October 31, 2025 If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
This order shall be published as a Class II Legal Advertisement in the Spirit of Jefferson, a newspaper in the publication area of Jefferson County, West Virginia.
