PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY OF RANSON
The Ranson Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on November 3, 2025, at Ranson City Hall, 312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on a reduction of guaranteed surety for the subdivision Riverpointe (Ranson Heights) Phase 4 located off Route 340 and Jefferson Terrace Rd. The reduction is for the amount of $4,881,370.14 of a $7,171,917.39 total bonded amount.
All persons are invited to attend and make comments about the bond release. If you cannot attend but wish to comment, you may write to the following address prior to Friday, October 31, 2025: City of Ranson, Attn: Community Development Department, 312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV 25438 or email [email protected]. Written comments received prior to Friday, October 31, 2025, will be provided to the Planning Commission and inserted into the official record.
