REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) The Logan County Emergency Operations Center, through its fiscal agent Logan County, West Virginia, is soliciting written proposals from qualified offerors to provide a UHF (450–470 MHz) P25 Vote Receive Multicast Transmit Radio System for public safety agencies in Logan County. The system shall include infrastructure, DFSI console interface, connectivity network, installation, configuration, and tower climbing services. The completed system must be operational within 3 months of project initiation. Maintenance services for a 5-year period following final acceptance shall also be included. Sealed proposals must be received by October 31, 2025.
