IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 25-JA-102 TARA BROTHERS, biological mother of infant A.P., whose date of birth is July 25, 2025; and UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.P., whose date of birth is July 25, 2025, natural child of Tara Brothers.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that the UNKNOWN FATHER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of A.P., whose date of birth is July 25, 2025. It is ORDERED that the UNKNOWN FATHER or ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE THE FATHER OF A.P., natural child of Tara Brothers, is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 3rd day of November, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of the UNKNOWN FATHER of infant A.P., whose date of birth is July 25, 2025 may be terminated.
