LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA, Petitioner, vs. Case No. 25-JA-92 Chelsea Freeman TO: CHELSEA FREEMAN AND TO ANY OTHER PERSONS INTERESTED THEREIN Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of September, 2025, the State of West Virginia filed in the Circuit Court of Mason County, West Virginia, a Petition to Institute Proceedings for the transfer of custody of a certain infant child (Z.F.); that the mother of said child is Chelsea Freeman and her place of residence and whereabouts are unknown to the Petitioner; that said mother has abandoned said child and the Court has by Order determined that a guardian ad litem be appointed for said infant child; that a copy of the said Petition may be obtained from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Mason County, West Virginia, at her office located at the Courthouse in Point Pleasant, in said County and State. Notice is further given that on the 10th day of November, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., a hearing will be had before the Circuit Court at the aforesaid Courthouse upon all the matters arising under said Petition.
