AND NOW, this 15th day of August, 2025, upon consideration of the within Petition for Involuntary Termination of Parental Rights, a hearing is set thereon before the Orphans’ Court on the 30th day of September, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. o’clock, in Courtroom No. 2 of the Washington County Courthouse, 1 South Main Street, Washington, Pennsylvania 15301.
At least ten (10) days written notice, as required by 23 Pa.C.S.A. §2513 shall be given to the following:
i) Parent(s) whose parental rights are subject to termination under the attached Petition.
ii) Parent(s) or guardian(s) of parent(s) who is/are under age 18 and whose rights are subject to termination under this Petition.
iii) Parent(s) whose parental rights have not been terminated.
