The Cabell County Commission will accept sealed bids to provide EMS Medical Billing, Collections, and Revenue Cycle Management Services for Cabell County Emergency Medical Services (CCEMS) until 10:00 A.M. Monday, November 3, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud during a County Commission Session at the Cabell County Courthouse, Suite 300. The Cabell County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All bids shall be valid for sixty (60) days from the date of opening.
