NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that pursuant to
Chapter 3, Article 1,
Section 7 of the West
Virginia Code, as
amended, that beginning
with the 2026 Primary
Election to be held on May
12, 2026,, the County
Commission of Tyler
County, West Virginia will
consider changing the
polling place for voters in
Precinct Eight (8) from the
former premises of the
Wetzel/Tyler Health
Department to The Valley
Church, 600 South 4th
Avenue, Paden City, WV.
The County Commission of Tyler County, West
Virginia will consider
entering an order
changing the polling place
in Precinct Eight (8) as
aforesaid at a
Commission Meeting to
be held on December 1,
2025.
