NOTICE OF FILING
Application of Stand Energy Corporation (Stand
Energy) for Approval to Offer, Render, Furnish or
Supply Natural Gas Supply Services to the public in
West Virginia in Case No. 25- 0424-G-EFPP.
Stand Energy has filed an application with the West
Virginia Public Service Commission (“PSC”) for a
certificate to provide natural gas supply services as a
supplier or aggregator of natural gas services. Stand
Energy proposes to sell natural gas and related services
in the counties of Berkeley; Cabell; Calhoun; Clay;
Fayette; Greenbrier; Hancock; Harrison; Jackson;
Kanawha; Lincoln; Marion; Marshall; Mason; Mercer;
Monongalia; Ohio; Pleasants; Putnam; Raleigh; Ritchie;
Upshur; Wayne; Wetzel; Wood; and Wyoming.
The PSC may consider this application without a
hearing. Protests directed to the technical or financial
fitness of Stand Energy may be filed within 15 days of
the date of this notice with the Executive Secretary of
the PSC, 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, WV 25301.
