NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE is hereby given pursuant to and by virtue of the authority vested in the Substitute Trustee, WV Trustee Services, LLC, by that certain Deed of Trust dated March 30, 2022, executed by Borrower(s), Brandon A Honaker, to Bailey & Slotnick, PLLC, the Trustee of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Putnam County, West Virginia, in Book 1319, at Page 176. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 119 Antioch Rd, Red House, WV 25168. WV Trustee Services, LLC were appointed as Substitute Trustees by APPOINTMENT OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE dated October 2, 2025, of record in the Clerk's Office. The borrower(s) defaulted under the Note and Deed of Trust and the Substitute Trustees have been instructed to foreclose under the Deed of Trust. D. Sigman died on February 21, 2000, and by virtue of manner in which title was held, Patricia Ann Sigman became the owner of said property herein conveyed. Said Patricia Ann Sigman died intestate on February 22, 2021, in Putnam County, West Virginia and pursuant to the administration of the estate her interest in and to the subject property descended to Vicky L. Tribble and Mickey Sigman.
