Venable, Engineer, a copy of which map is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Court of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Photostatic Map Book 10, page 91. At the time of the execution of the Deed of Trust, this property was reported to have a mailing address of 202 Winfield Road, Saint Albans, WV 25177. AND BEING the same real estate which was conveyed to Michael Eric Powell, by Deed dated May 30, 2024, from Daniel Hubbard, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 3199, at Page 496.
