PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill's Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Monday, November 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use & Variance Permit, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.

V-125-25-1: Request of Jacob Bounds, occupant, for a Variance Permit as required by Section 15.42.050 and 15.42.080(F & G) for a permit to install a low-brightness LED sign at 311 Mall Rd. Suite A-B, Oak Hill, WV.
