Request for Bids
The Town of Bolivar will be accepting bids for snow removal for the 2025-2026 season. Bids will be accepted until November 14, 2025 @ 12:00 pm. All interested parties placing a bid must have adequate equipment, proper liability insurance, and the ability to obtain a Bolivar Business License. Equipment will be subject to an inspection. Bids may be mailed to the Town of Bolivar, PO Box 37 Harpers Ferry, WV 25425, delivered to the town office at 60 Panama Street; located in the Bolivar Community Center or email bids to [email protected]. Specifications for snow removal are available in the town office for anyone interested in placing a bid.
