INFORMAL CONFERENCE
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Mining and Reclamation, 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV 25840, will hold an informal conference starting at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, Nov 12, 2025 at the Marsh Fork Elementary School located at 5960 Coal River Rd, Rock Creek, WV 25174. The purpose of the informal conference is to allow comments from those people having an interest, which is or may be, adversely affected by the Article 3 Permit Surface Mine Application submitted by Republic Energy, LLC permit S300125 Surface Mine Application, located near the Clear Creek Post Office in the Marsh Fork District of Raleigh County.
This meeting is being held in accordance with Chapter 22, Article 3, Section 20 of the Code of West Virginia.
