Hunter Alignment System at John Marshall High School – will be received by the Marshall County Board of Education, at its Central Office, 214 Middle Grave Creek Road, Moundsville, West Virginia, 26041, until 1:00 PM local time on Monday, November 3, 2025 (Bids received after this time will not be accepted); at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. After opening, the bids will be compared as to quality, thoroughness and cost by the Owner). Lump sum bids are being solicited for Work included in the above referenced Bid item for the Project indicated.
The bidding documents (electronic copy) may be obtained on or after, Monday, October 20, 2025, by contacting Robert Wilson at 304-843-4400 ext. 343. All questions prior to bid must be made through Robert Wilson of Marshall County Schools at

No bidder may withdraw his bid within (30) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the responsibility of a bidder and to the extent permitted by state law; Marshall County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make selections from the bids that are solely in the best interest of Marshall County Schools. Each bidder shall ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, creed, color, sex or national origin.
Pursuant to Chapter 21-Article 11 of the “West Virginia Contractor Licensing Act” of 1991, all Contractors doing business in West Virginia must be licensed to perform work in the State, the Contractor’s WV License Number must be affixed to all submitted construction bids and fully executed and binding construction contracts and agreements.
