Weber, III, General Receiver of the Circuit Court of Lewis County, West Virginia, for the period of January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, is now before me at my office at 217 E. 3rd Street, Weston, West Virginia, for me to audit, state and settle said accounts pursuant to the Order of the Circuit Court of West Virginia. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 51, Article 6, Section 10, of the West Virginia Code, the said W.T. Weber, III, General Receiver, and all persons who have money subject to the future order of said Court, and which remains undisbursed, or the personal representatives of such of them that are dead, are hereby summoned to appear before the said Trena Williams, Commissioner of this Court, at my office at 217 E. 3rd Street, on or before the 1st day of December 2025, for the purpose of stating and settling accounts as required, and will take notice thereof and do what is necessary to protect their interest therein.
