REQUEST FOR ARCHITECT/ ENGINEER STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS Pursuant to West Virginia Code 5G-1-3 and the requirements of the School Building Authority of WV (SBA), the Logan County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest and Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide professional Architectural / Engineering services for the following: 1. Logan County Schools SBA NEEDS FY2026 project, HVAC Replacement at Man High School, as funded by the School Building Authority of West Virginia. 2. Any emergency projects due to water, fire, and weather. 3. As funds become available for non-SBA-funded work, Logan County Schools is interested in provisions for architectural and engineering services toward fulfillment of building and ground renovation, additions and upgrades. This commitment will be re-evaluated on an annual basis but could be for up to three (3) years for county-funded projects 4. Any other SBA funded project not listed to be advertised upon funding.Interested firms should contact Larry Bailey by email at [email protected] to request the full Statement of Qualifications requirements package, which provides detailed instructions for the content and format of the SOQ submission. Statements of Qualifications must be received no later than November 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time via email.
