Said Petition for Condemnation/Right of Entry under the West Virginia laws of eminent domain seeks property for the construction of electrical transmission, distribution, and communication lines and appurtenant equipment and fixtures, and condemnation and right of entry on behalf of Appalachian Power Company situate in Poca District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, identified as Tax Map 18, Parcel 40, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Kanawha County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 1942, at page 117, and also situate on the left fork of Poca River, in Poca District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, being more specifically bounded and described as follows: P45-4/100A SURF LT C LEFT HD FK POCA Situate in Poca District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, more particularly bounded and described as follows: FIRST PARCEL: All that certain lot, tract or parcel of real estate situate at or near the boundary line between Kanawha County and Jackson County, Poca District, Kanawha County, West Virginia, on the Charleston-Ripley-Parkersburg state highway, which tract or parcel of land contains 45.05 acres.
