NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on November 13, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the Council Room at Harpers Ferry Town Hall, 1000 Washington Street, 2nd floor, Harpers Ferry, WV by the Harpers Ferry Board of Zoning Appeals on the following matter:
1. Demolition Review Permit [Article 1303; Appendix A, Relocation and Demolition]: Back addition to house at 316 Fillmore Street, Harpers Ferry, WV
2. PRIVATE DELIBERATION (if necessary): Associated with above matter.
3. Interested parties may appear in person as noted above or provide written comments by:
