Request for Proposals The City of Grafton, West Virginia, will receive sealed proposals for the operation and maintenance of the Grafton City Park Campgrounds, until 4:00 pm, November 17, 2025, at the Office of the City Clerk, Grafton Municipal Building, 1 West Main Street, Grafton, WV 26354. Sealed proposals shall be publicly opened at the Grafton City Council Meeting, 6:00 p.m., November 18, 2025. Proposal specifications may be obtained at the Office of the City Clerk, Grafton Municipal Building, 1 West Main Street, Grafton, WV 26354. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Proposals must be sealed in an envelope and either mailed or hand delivered and marked “Grafton City Park Lease” with the bidder’s name and address on the outside of the envelope. Unsealed proposals will not be accepted. The City Council reserves the right to reject any part or all proposal, to waive any informalities or irregularity in any proposal received, and to accept any proposal which deems most favorable.
