It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Caitlyn Noel Biggs is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Caitlyn Noel Biggs serve upon Brett Michael Ripoli, Petitioner, whose address is 288 Hummingbird Lane, Capon Bridge, WV 26711, an answer, including any related counter claim or defense you may have to the petition filed in this action on or before December 7, 2025. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
