IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF BOONE COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA CIVIL ACTION NO.: 25-A-19 25-A-21 IN RE: THE ADOPTION OF MINOR CHILDREN: J.E.H. C.S.H. NOTICE OF PUBLICATION TO: Sarah Elizabeth Halstead and Jason Hall Please take notice that the Petitions for Adoption has been filed in the Circuit Court of Boone County, West Virginia, by Abmra Hall and Jeffrey Hall, requesting that they be allowed to adopt J.E.H. and C.S.H. A hearing on said Petitions will be held in the Circuit Courtroom of the Boone County Courthouse on the 4th day of December 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Any person an objection to the adoption must appear at the hearing on the aforesaid date at the Boone County Circuit Courthouse or file a statement in opposition to the adoptions by mailing such statement to the Circuit Clerk of Boone County, 200 State Street, Madison, WV 25130 and upon the Petitioners’ Counsel, Anna L. Adkins, Esq., at her address 716 Lee Street, E., Charleston, WV, 25301, on or before the 28th day of November, 2025. This notice shall inform Sarah Elizabeth Halstead and Jason Hall that their parental rights, if any, may be terminated in these proceedings and that such a person may appear and defend such rights within the required time after such service. This notice shall also provide that if the persons upon whom notice is properly served fails to respond within the required time after its service, said persons may not appear in or receive further notice of the adoption proceedings.
