The object of this suit is to obtain a divorce.
It appearing by affidavit filed in this action that Jennifer Laudermilt is a non-resident of the State of West Virginia or has an unknown address. It is hereby ordered that Jennifer Laudermilt serve upon Jordan Lee Laudermilt, Petitioner or Circuit Clerk’s office whose address is 1500 Chapline St, 4th FL, Wheeling, WV 26003, an answer including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the petition for divorce filed in this action on or before December 5, 2025. If you fail to answer the petiton for divorce, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
A copy of said petiton can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk’s office.
