There will be a meeting of the Ronceverte Board of Zoning Appeals on Monday, November 9, 2015, at 5:30 PM at Ronceverte City Hall to review a request by property owner Tammar Painter to place a modular home on a 90’x100’ lot at 129 Second Street, Ronceverte, WV 24970. This residential area is zoned R-1.
Ronceverte Municipal Zoning Ordi-nance, Article VII, Area, Height and Parking Regulations requires a lot size of 10,000 square feet in the Residential District zoned R-1. The Ronceverte Municipal Zoning Ordinance may be viewed in its entirety at Ronceverte City Hall, 182 W. Main Street, Ronceverte, WV.
