The object of the above entitled action for the Plaintiff to receive judgement against Defendant Travis L. Sapp in the amount of $79,428.25 with interest and that the Defendant be required to answer or make appearance as in an action for a civil complaint in the above styled action.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Plaintiff, UNITED BANK it is ordered that Travis L. Sapp to serve upon the Marion County Circuit Court, whose address is 219 Adams Street, Room 211, Fairmont, WV 26554, and Golden & Amos, PLLC whose address is PO Box 81, Parkersburg, WV 26102, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before December 20, 2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Travis L. Sapp any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk's Office.
