The Town of Fairview, is seeking sealed bids for the services of a professional contractor, licensed, and registered in West Virginia. The contract work shall consist of demolishing/asbestos removal. Performing for 7 structures of residential properties in Town of Fairview. Any interested parties shall submit sealed bids, including per-unit pricing, for demolitions. Proposals should be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope "Demolition Proposal" and mailed to the Town of Fairview Clerk's Office at Town of Fairview, PO Box 119 Fairview, WV or delivered to 407 Main Street, Fairview, WV 26570 by 9:00am on Monday, December 1st 2025. All bids will be opened by noon on Monday, December 1st 2025 at the at the Town Hall in Fairview, WV 26570 AND read aloud at this time.
