PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
CITY OF RANSON
In accordance with W. Va. Code §8A-5-8 et seq., the Ranson Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 7:00 PM at Ranson City Hall, 312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comments on the final plat proposal for Parkland Commons Phase 2, located off W Beltline Avenue, S Mildred Street, and N George Street, Ranson WV (Lots T18-T37). There will also be a public hearing to accept the bond and development agreement for Parkland Commons Phase 2. All persons are invited to attend and make comments about the proposed final plat, bond and development agreement.
Copies of the proposed plat and bond are available upon request in the Community Development Department. If you cannot attend but wish to comment, you may write and it must be received to the following address: City of Ranson, Attn: Community Development Department, 312 S. Mildred Street, Ranson, WV 25438 or email [email protected]. Written Comments received prior to November 26, 2025, will be provided to the Planning Commission, and inserted into the official record.
