PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an action has been filed in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia entitled Michael Ernest Pandelos, Plaintiff vs. Commonpoint Mortgage; ContiMortgage Corporation; ContiWest Corporation; Manufacturers & Traders Trust Company; Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC; and, any and all unknown successors in interest to Commonpoint Mortgage, ContiMortgage Corporation, ContiWest Corporation, Manufacturers & Traders Trust Company, and/or Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC, Defendants; the object of the action is to secure a valid release of that Deed of Trust executed by Plaintiff to Theresa Pirraglia, Trustee, dated February 27, 1998, as recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Ohio County, West Virginia, in Deed of Trust Book 1044, at page 383, securing a promissory note in the amount of $25,500.00 payable to Defendant, Commonpoint Mortgage and secure clear title to that parcel of real estate conveyed to the Plaintiff, Michael Ernest Pandelos by deed from Barbara Jean Jones, aka Barbara J. Jones, single, which said deed is dated February 2, 1996, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Ohio County, West Virginia, in Deed Book 690, at page 455; the name and address of the Plaintiff’s attorney is Jeffrey W. McCamic, Esq. – McCamic, Sacco & McCoid, PLLC, 56-58 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003; a copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Clerk; each named and unknown defendant must appear and defend on or before November 30th, 2015, otherwise judgment by default will be rendered against the defendants at any time thereafter.
