The object of this suitt is to obtain a Domestic Violence Protective Order. That at a September 30, 2015, hearing in the Family Court of Clay County, West Virginia, it was made known that respondent had not been served at his last known address, 334 Deer Trail Road, Ovapa, WV, 25164, it is hereby ordered that it be made known to respondent that Clay County Magistrate Court issued petitioner a Domestic Violence Emergency Protective Order on the 23rd day of September, 2015, against respondent. A true copy of said Order can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
Please take notice that on October 21, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. a Hearing will be held on whether to grant a Domestic Violence Protective Order against respondent to petitioner before the Family Court Judge, in the Family Court Hearing Room, Second floor of the Clay County Courthouse, Clay, West Virginia. At which time you may be present and protect your interests, if you so desire.
