PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an action has been filed in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia entitled Iris A. Pfeffer, Plaintiff vs. Bank of New York, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of April 1, 1996 for Tryon Mortgage Pass – Through Certificate Series 1996-1; Any and all unknown successors in interest to Bank of New York, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of April 1, 1996 for Tryon Mortgage Pass – Through Certificate Series 1996-1; Old Standard Life Insurance Company, a corporation; and, any and all successors in interest to Old Standard Life Insurance Company, a corporation, the object of the action is to clear title to a parcel of real estate conveyed to the Iris A. Pfeffer by Deed from National Bank as Trustee under the
Pooling Ans Servicing Agreement Dated 6/1/99 Series 1999-2, by deed dated December 17, 2002, as recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Ohio County, West Virginia in Deed Book 740, at page 140; the name and address of the Plaintiff’s attorney is Gary A. Sacco, McCamic, Sacco & McCoid, PLLC, 56-58 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, West Virginia 26003; a copy of the Complaint may be obtained from the Clerk; each named and unknown defendant must appear and defend on or before 11/30/2015 otherwise judgment by default will be rendered against the defendants at any time thereafter.
